Application Process
Ready to apply?
Make sure you keep the following steps and mandatories in mind for a successful application process.
Please follow the steps below to
complete your application:
- Complete all necessary fields highlighted in the application. Once finished, ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled so that you can sign the form electronically via DocuSign.
- Submit a copy of a photo ID (Driver's license or passport preferred). These items can be attached on the final page of the application with DocuSign.
- Provide income verification with your application (copy of your most recent paycheck stub or offer letter).
- If self-employed, we will need tax returns for the last 2 years and 3 months' worth of bank statements. Please upload these items with your application as well.
- An application fee of $45.00 per applicant is due upon submission (non-refundable).
- Personal credit reports cannot be accepted.
Leasing Requirements:
- Positive U.S. credit report or international proof of credit.
- Positive rental or mortgage history.
- Gross monthly income requirement: Greater than 2.5 times the monthly rent*.
- Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Deposit amounts may vary based on application results.
- Pet deposits may apply.
- *Requirement may vary subject to individual landlord policy.
