We lived at Los Gatos for almost 3 years. Its quiet, peaceful, well maintained, people are nice and within a few blocks of downtown Los Gatos. Forbes staff were really nice, friendly and responsible. Our property manager, Sara Chase was highly professional, helpful and patient. She is so responsible and her follow up on maintenance issues is excellent. We were lucky to live there for a while and have her as our property manager. Thanks a lot.

My husband and I lived on Rushmore for over 3 years, and it was our first home together. We had an incredible experience, and a big part of that was the Forbes Group and their team (including Sara). They were responsive, efficient in fixing any issues we had over time, and responsible. They answered phone calls and emails very quickly. The community was very conveniently located, close to down town, and for the most part quiet. We had to move because of our work and commute, but otherwise would have loved to stay longer. Thank you, Forbes group, for making our move in and move out so easy and fluid! They were fair and kind, and we are really going to miss living in LG.

Great company! This company has been a pleasure to work with. I’ve personally used them for two of my own properties to lease out and they chose some extremely qualified and on time paying tenants who took great care of both of my properties. After a 2 year rental period I had to sell one of the properties and Mark was used as my real estate agent and the home was sold after the first weekend of showings! Phil is extremely easy to work with on the property management end. I have had 3 separate friends who were in need of places to rent and when I turned them over to Phil within days they found new residences. They even contacted me and told me when they moved into their new places they met the outgoing tenants of the units and they commented that Forbes was the best landlord they ever rented from!
